A Memorable Camping Trip in Flagg, Derbyshire for Ullet Road Church Children

The tranquillity of nature and the spirit of adventure came together in a delightful blend as nine children from the Ullet Road Church had a memorable camping holiday in Flagg, Derbyshire. The youngsters found pleasure in simple outdoor activities, the beauty of nature, and the joy of spending time away from their usual urban environment.

One camper expressed a newfound appreciation for the great outdoors, stating, "Breathing in the fresh, clean air was very refreshing. I enjoyed spending quality time with my friends, and I even liked not using my phone so frequently. The food was enjoyable too, though encountering spiders and beetles was a bit less so!"

A highlight for many was a leisurely walk that concluded with ice cream and a silent disco in the woods that was a fun surprise for everyone. The thrill of climbing trees and just being children in nature was also fondly mentioned by several participants.
