New Yoga Group!

Tuesdays at 7:15pm

In this new, regular class, we warm up with gentle yoga sequences, suitable for all levels of experience, then we dive into active meditations that incorporate breath, eye focus, movement and often mantra. The sounds of the gong serve to balance, elevate and allow deep integration.

PLEASE BRING:

  • A yoga mat,
  • Comfortable clothes, ideally made of natural materials,
  • A water bottle,
  • Curiosity and will to experience joy, health, vitality.
