James and Stuart's Wedding

James and Stuart had found many difficulties to find a place for them to have their wedding ceremony. With Covid and the venues not fitting their spiritual or aesthetic needs they were losing heart. And then, a family member pointed out Ullet Road Church. After their first visit, they found the place for their wedding ceremony. It was a joyous occasion with over 200 guests at the ceremony, speeches in the garden. Love, laughter and joy in the air. After the speeches in the beautiful garden, they continued their celebrations in Liverpool City Centre, in The Refinery. Little did they realize that opposite The Refinery once stood another Unitarian Church, the Hope Street Unitarian Church.
