The Liverpool Psychedelic Society

The Liverpool Psychedelic Society welcomes Diane Elliott our guest speaker for April's social gathering.

Diane is the founding director of the British Transpersonal Association (BTA). The BTA was set up to explore expanded states of consciousness including psychedelic experiences. They hold public workshops, train psychedelic practitioners and hold psychedelic retreats in the Netherlands. They are also advocating for the legal use of psychedelics in the UK.

During Diane's talk 'Science, Spirituality and Psychedelics' she will discuss the brain science of psychedelics, and will also consider the effects of the mystical and spiritual elements which often happen during a psychedelic experience.

We will be meeting at the Ullet Road Church in the library room.
